I produced this book using scraps of drawings that I scanned repetitively, resulting in a composition of intersecting lines and grids that shift and overlap.

This technique produced a layered and dynamic visual narrative, reminiscent of a palimpsest, leaving traces of previous writings. Drawing inspiration from the concept of the palimpsest, I explored themes of memory, transformation, and the passage of time through the repetitive layering of images. The resulting book serves as a visual exploration of the interconnectedness of past and present.

Trap Book

While producing ‘The Shadow Hanging Over Your Head’ installation piece, protective sheets of paper were marked. The book is made from these accidental prints from heavily inked tarlatan.

This book was an exploration of the relationship between materiality and meaning, connecting the book’s narrative with that of the installation. The book serves as a tangible artifact of this exploration.
